How do I renew my license?

Solution

Renew your ESET license

The renewal process is different based on the country in which you bought your ESET license.

  1. Visit your local Renewals page.
     
  2. Follow the instructions on the website opened in your browser window.

If you are still unable to renew after following the instructions in this article, contact your local ESET partner for assistance.




Renew your ESET license (North American customers)

Before proceeding

  • You can renew your ESET home product license any time after your purchase, or up to 365 days after your purchase. To renew your license, follow the steps below or contact ESET Sales Support at 866-343-3738, option 2 (Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., PT).
  • Turn on or turn off auto-pay for your ESET product: See Manage auto-pay settings for your ESET account.
  • You will need your ESET-issued Username and/or License Key. Where can I find these?
    1. Visit our Renewals page.
       
    2. Enter your ESET-issued Username or License Key/ID into the blank field and click Get Your Discount.

    3. Select your preferred renewal option (for example, 1 Year or 2 Years) and click Add To Cart.

    4. Click Checkout to confirm and submit your order.
       
    5. After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email from ESET containing your Username, Password and License Key. Be sure to keep this important email for your records.
