Before you proceed
- You can renew your ESET Windows home product subscription any time after your purchase or up to 365 days after your purchase
- Enable or disable auto-pay for your ESET product
- Manage your eStore credit card or account information
- You will need your ESET-issued Username and/or Activation Key

The renewal process differs based on the country where you bought your ESET subscription.

Special cases/troubleshooting
- Upgrading: Existing customers with valid subscriptions can upgrade to the latest version of their ESET product for free
- It has been more than 365 days since your subscription expired: Your subscription is not eligible for renewal pricing
- You cannot find your subscription: Visit the Lost Subscriptions page
