Solution

  1. Uninstall any non-ESET antivirus software on your new computer or mobile device. Identify the antivirus product installed on your new computer or device (if any) and uninstall it using one of the uninstallers from one of the following Knowledgebase articles:

    If your old device is not working, disconnect the device from your subscription via ESET HOME.
