What is the difference between ESET Global eStore and ESET HOME?
ESET Global eStore is a digital marketplace where you can purchase ESET products or subscriptions. ESET HOME is a web portal where you can manage your subscriptions, activated devices and features. -
Do I need to create an ESET HOME account?
Yes, to use ESET HOME, you have to create an ESET HOME account. An ESET HOME account is not created by default when purchasing a subscription. -
What to do if I accidentally created multiple ESET HOME accounts?
Delete ESET HOME accounts you created by mistake. If you also added your subscription to an account you want to delete, contact ESET Support to transfer your subscription. -
Can I download and activate ESET home products for Windows or Small Business Security products for Windows directly from ESET HOME?
Yes, in your ESET HOME account, you can download ESET security products for your device or send product installers via email to protect other members of your household / small office. During the installer creation, you can choose a subscription to activate the product automatically when installed. Can I download and activate ESET macOS products from ESET HOME?
Yes, you can download ESET Cyber Security directly from ESET HOME and activate protection on macOS devices. Devices with ESET Cyber Security installed do not appear as connected devices in your ESET HOME account, and you cannot see their protection status in ESET HOME. -
How do I enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) with the ESET HOME?
Set up 2FA in ESET HOME mobile application or enable 2FA on the ESET HOME web portal. -
What do the device security status notifications mean?
