Solution
Log in to an ESET HOME account

Open ESET HOME.
- Type your ESET HOME account email address and password and click Log in.
If you do not have an ESET HOME account:

- Create a new ESET HOME account from your Windows device
- Create a new ESET HOME account from the ESET HOME Android app (see the expander at the bottom of the page)

Click the feature you want to access.
Connect to ESET HOME from your ESET Home product
You can connect to your ESET HOME account directly from the main menu of your ESET Home product.

Click ESET HOME Account → Connect to ESET HOME.

Type your ESET HOME account email address and password and click Log in. Alternatively, you can log in via Google, Apple, or by scanning a QR code.
If you do not have an ESET HOME account, click Create account and follow these instructions. -
Type in a name for your device and click Continue.

Click Done.

Your ESET home product is now connected to your ESET HOME account.
Troubleshooting tips
If you are experiencing ESET HOME login issues, they are most likely due to entering the incorrect username and password:
- The username and password were created after ESET NOD32 Antivirus, ESET Internet Security, ESET Smart Security Premium, or ESET Security Ultimate was installed
- The username and password (for example, EAV-12345678) are different from the credentials you received from ESET after purchasing your ESET product
- The username and password are different from your ESET online store credentials
