Do I need to create an ESET HOME account?
Yes, to use ESET HOME, you have to create an ESET HOME account. An ESET HOME account is not created by default when purchasing a subscription. -

During the installer creation, you can choose a subscription to activate the application automatically when installed. Can I download and activate ESET macOS applications from ESET HOME?
Yes, you can download ESET Cyber Security directly from ESET HOME and activate protection on macOS devices. Devices with ESET Cyber Security installed do not appear as connected devices in your ESET HOME account, and you cannot see their protection status in ESET HOME. -
