Your mobile device can be locked by ESET Mobile Security for Android when you remove a trusted SIM card, or you can lock the device via the Anti-Theft feature on ESET HOME web portal.
Solution
Unlock your online mobile device with ESET HOME password

On your mobile device, tap Unlock.

In the Password field, type your ESET HOME password and tap Unlock. If you do not know your ESET HOME password, you can reset it.

Your device is now unlocked.
Unlock your offline mobile device with an unlock code

Log in to your ESET HOME account. If you do not know your ESET HOME password, you can reset it.

In the navigation panel, click Anti-Theft.

Choose the device you want to unlock.

Click Settings.

Scroll down to the Unlock device section and locate the Unlock code.

On your mobile device, tap Unlock.

Tap Unlock with unlock code.

In the Unlock code field, type the unlock code and tap Unlock.

Your device is now unlocked.
