To unlock your locked device, you will need to access your ESET HOME password. EMS 6.x and later also requires users to create a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to restrict access to program settings.
Type or copy/paste in the email address you used to register with ESET HOME and click Send.
Log in to your email account, open the Account password change request email and click the link.
Enter and confirm a new password and click Confirm Change.
You can now log in with your new credentials.
Using your mobile device, enter your new password and tap Unlock.
Tap Forgot Your PIN?.
If you are not able to use any of the other methods or you have a trial license, please contact ESET Technical Support and refer to the code displayed on the screen of your locked device.
