Upgrade to the latest version of ESET endpoint products
We strongly recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of your ESET product before upgrading to Windows 10. Upgrading your ESET endpoint product before upgrading to Windows 10 will help to ensure it is compatible with Windows 10 as well as keep your ESET product settings and license information intact.

- I have version 7.3 – 11.x of ESET Endpoint Security / ESET Endpoint Antivirus and want to upgrade to Windows 10—what should I do?
ESET Endpoint products 8.0 and earlier are no longer supported. We recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of your ESET product and ensure that you are using the latest detection engine updates before upgrading to Windows 10.
You can upgrade to Windows 10 with your ESET product installed. All settings and license information will be kept. - I have version 6.5.2132.x up to 6.6.x of ESET Endpoint Security / ESET Endpoint Antivirus and want to upgrade to Windows 10—what should I do?

Windows 10 20H1 is no longer supported, however, you can upgrade to Windows 10 with the Windows 10 build version up to 1909.
- I have a product version that is not approved for the upgrade to Windows 10. I still want to upgrade to Windows 10—what should I do?
These ESET endpoint product versions are no longer supported. We recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of your ESET product and ensure that you are using the latest detection engine updates before upgrading to Windows 10. You will be prompted to upgrade to the latest version of your ESET product after you upgrade to Windows 10.
Click OK to be redirected to a web page where you can download the latest version of your ESET product. All settings and license information will automatically be transferred. If you experience issues during the upgrade process, contact ESET Technical Support.
