Issue

• Verify that you are using the latest ESET application versions
• List and update outdated ESET applications in ESET PROTECT or ESET PROTECT On-Prem
• Check and update your ESET application version

Solution

Verify that you are using the latest ESET application versions

• To check the latest version of ESET PROTECT On-Prem and its components, see versions of ESET PROTECT On-Prem and related components

List and update outdated ESET applications in ESET PROTECT or ESET PROTECT On-Prem

1. Open the ESET PROTECT Web Console.

2. Click Reports → Computers → Outdated applications.

   

3. Click the ESET application you want to update and click Update installed ESET applications.

   

4. Click Update.

   

Check and update your ESET application version

1. Open the main program window of your ESET Windows application.

2. Click Update and check the application version.

   

3. Click Check for updates to download and install the latest version, if available.
