• Check which component versions you are using in ESET PROTECT / ESMC / ERA
• Check your product version for ESET Endpoint Security/Antivirus for Windows
• Check your ESET Mail/File/Server Security product version
• Update or upgrade your ESET business product version

Check that you are using the latest versions of ESET PROTECT, ESMC, ERA

Check which component versions you are using in ESET PROTECT / ESMC / ERA

• Check which version of ESET PROTECT / ESMC / ERA Server and Components you are running
• To view the component versions that correspond with your installation of ESET PROTECT / ESMC / ERA, see Compatible ESET PROTECT / ESMC / ERA Server / component versions.

Check your product version for ESET Endpoint Security/Antivirus for Windows

Latest version of:

1. Open the main program window of your Windows ESET product.

2. Click Update.

3. The product version will be displayed next to Current version.

Check your ESET Mail/Server Security product version

In this example, we are checking for the latest version of ESET Server Security for Windows.

1. Open the main program window by clicking the ESET icon in your Windows notification area or on the system tray.

2. Your product version will display next to Product version.

Update or upgrade your ESET business product version

If you are not using the latest ESET product version, we recommend you update or upgrade your ESET business product.
