If your error code starts with a 10 (for example, 10401001), you are experiencing a temporary problem caused by connection issues. We recommend that you try again later.
Your license has expired. You must renew your license to keep your device protected.
You have entered an incorrect product license type. Check to be sure that you have entered the license for ESET Mobile Security. To use the full version of ESET Mobile Security, you must purchase an ESET Mobile Security license.
You have entered an incorrect license key. Re-enter your license key.
