To protect Advanced setup from unauthorized access and modifications, you can set a password for Advanced setup in Advanced setup > User interface > Access setup in your ESET application.
Solution
Restore your Advanced setup password through email

When prompted to type your Advanced setup password in your ESET application, click Restore Password.

Type the email address associated with the subscription you use in the ESET application and click Send Code. If you do not remember your subscription email address, contact ESET Technical Support.

Open the email you received from ESET and copy the verification code.

In the Enter the verification code field, copy/paste the verification code. Type and confirm your new Advanced setup password and click Verify. If you do not set a new password, the Advanced setup password protection will be disabled.

Click OK.

Generate a code for ESET Technical Support to restore your Advanced setup password

When prompted to type your Advanced setup password in your ESET application, click Restore Password.

Type the email address associated with the subscription you use in the ESET application and click Send Code. If you do not remember your subscription email address, contact ESET Technical Support.

Click Generate Code for Technical Support.

Next to the Code for Technical Support field, click the copy/paste button to copy the code.

Provide the code to ESET Technical Support.

When ESET Technical Support provides you with a verification code, click I have a verification code.

In the Enter the verification code field, copy/paste the verification code. Type and confirm your new Advanced setup password and click Verify. If you do not set a new password, the Advanced setup password protection will be disabled.

Click OK.
