Keyboard shortcut

  1. Open your Windows ESET product.

  2. Press CTRL + U on your keyboard to open the details window.

  3. In the Details for Technical Support window, copy your License ID information.

  1. In the Support Request Form, type your license ID in the License Public ID field. Your product name, product version and computer operating system information are also located in the License details window.

  1. Complete the Support Request Form and click Send.

Help and Support

  1. Open your Windows ESET product.

  2. Click Help and Support and copy your License ID information.

  1. In the Support Request Form, type your license ID in the License Public ID field. Your product name and product version are located in the Help and Support window.
