Issue
- After purchasing or activating your ESET product, you did not receive an email containing your Username or Activation key
- My email address has changed
Solution
If you do not receive an email from ESET within 24 hours of purchasing or activation, see below for suggested actions to take:

Check your spam and secondary inbox folders. Mark noreply@orders.eset.com as a safe address in your email client or server.

Gmail users: Look in the Promotions folder. To display the Promotions folder, follow these instructions:

Open your web browser and log in to your Gmail account.

On the main menu panel, expand Categories and click Promotions.
If the Promotions tab is hidden, navigate to Settings (gear icon) → Show all settings → Inbox → Categories and check the check box next to Promotions to enable it.

Visit the Lost Subscription page to have your ESET-issued Username and Activation Key resent. When you complete the lost subscription request form, you will be required to submit the email address that you used to purchase your ESET product.
If you still do not receive either message, your email address may have been misspelled during the purchase process. In this case, complete a Technical Support request.
