What is ESET PROTECT Hub
The central gateway to ESET's unified security platform, providing a single pane of glass experience with centralized identity, subscription, and user management.
ESET PROTECT Hub is the replacement of the current portals – ESET Business Account and ESET MSP Administrator. It brings all the features that channel partners, MSPs and business users already know and puts them into one single place. The portal was designed so that every user type has access to features relevant to them, while at the same time opening opportunities for various interactions between sellers and customers.

November 2025 onward: Transition of existing business customers, channel partners, and MSPs to ESET PROTECT Hub
In November 2025, we started migrating existing customers, resellers, and MSPs from legacy subscription management tools – ESET Business Account and ESET MSP Administrator 2 – to ESET PROTECT Hub. These migrations are underway and occur in batches, not continuously, and will continue throughout 2026 and beyond.
The transition is automatic and free of charge, ensuring all users can fully enjoy the benefits of the new platform. Resellers are informed in advance before migration begins in their region. Once the migration is complete, users receive an email inviting them to log in to ESET PROTECT Hub using their existing ESET Business Account credentials.
