- You need to update your ESET account with a new email address

Visit the Contact Technical Support page.

Select the type of user that applies.
Home users
Click Home User Support → Other issue or feedback (none of the above) → Update my license information → Contact Technical Support (red button).
Business users
Click Business & Enterprise (Server Product) Support → Other system issue or question → Change account information → Contact Technical Support (red button).

On the Contact Technical Support page, enter your new email address, fill in all the required information and then click Send.
ESET Technical Support will process your request and notify you when your email address has been updated. If more information is needed, ESET Technical Support will contact you via email.

Click Business & Enterprise (Server Product) Support → Other system issue or question → Change account information → Contact Technical Support (red button).

On the Contact Technical Support page, include as much of the following information as possible in the Description field:
- Your sales order number (found in the original order confirmation message)
- Your new email address (the email address you would like to update your ESET account with)
- The email address you submitted at the time that you purchased your ESET product
- Your ESET-issued Username, Public ID, or Activation key (I do not have this information)
- Any additional previous email addresses that may be associated with your ESET account
- Your home address

Click Send to email ESET Technical Support.
ESET Technical Support will process your request and notify you when your email address has been updated. If more information is needed, ESET Technical Support will contact you via email.
