- Locate your ESET License ID, Public ID or Username in your ESET product program settings to submit an ESET Technical Support request
- Visit the Lost ESET subscription page to retrieve lost or forgotten ESET subscription information

Press CTRL+U.

In the Details for Technical Support window, click Copy.
Figure 1-1 - Use the information from step 3 to complete the Contact ESET Technical Support request form and click Send.
