Error messages in ESET Endpoint Encryption

Error message Troubleshooting
Proxy sync is misconfigured and needs attention
This error occurs when an attempt has been made to manually reconfigure the ESET Endpoint Encryption Server, and the Proxy ID used by the Endpoint Encryption Server is different from the Proxy ID being supplied to client workstations.
Disk enumeration failed
This error may occur while decrypting a workstation using the ESET Recovery Media Creator USB or ESET Recovery Tool.

Troubleshoot ″Disk enumeration failed″ error.
No internet connection
'Revoke Activation' command failed
The alert details indicates that the incorrect user is logged in to the workstation, causing the deactivate command to fail. The command will automatically retry and will process when the correct user logs in to the workstation.

Troubleshoot ″Revoke Activation command failed″ error.

See the related error code 0x400B0011.
A Javascript Error has occurred
This error occurs when the browser caches earlier files. Troubleshoot ″Javascript Error has occurred″ error.
Incompatible Software: PGP
To resolve this error, the PGP encryption must be fully uninstalled.

Troubleshoot ″Incompatible Software: PGP″ error.
Unable to start the system due to a problem accessing vital encryption data. Reason Code: 2. Meta Data signature is incorrect
This error occurs when the encryption metadata cannot be found on the disk due to corruption or fault.
(Removable Disk) is not supported
This error can be caused bye the drive's own hardware encryption, another product installed on the system blocks access to the USB drive, or an issue with the USB drive.
Installing SQL Express (851A001A) when installing on a Domain Controller
For security reasons, we recommend not to install the ESET Endpoint Encryption Server on a domain controller.

Your account is locked
If you do not have access to another login with sufficient permissions, or if the login for the built-in default system admin is the only one and it is locked, you can unlock the login for the built-in default system admin using the Reset Tool. Unlock your ESET Endpoint Encryption Server login using another login with the System Admin role, or a custom role that allows access to the ESET Endpoint Encryption Server control panel and the control panel logins tab.
This is a network folder and cannot be encrypted using ESET Endpoint Encryption
Key not valid for use in specified state
A password reset is more complex than a password change because Windows stores certain user data inside a Master Key. The Administrator is not logged in as the user, therefore they do not have access to the user's old password. The old password cannot be used to decrypt the old Master Key and re-encrypt it with the new password. As ESET Endpoint Encryption uses the Windows Cryptography API, resetting the password causes ESET Endpoint Encryption to lose access to the Master Key.
The text could not be decrypted because it is not a supported or valid format
NO_STR (Safe Start)
The Safe Start error occurs on the Lenovo Thinkpad, ThinkSation, and Yoga systems. Inconsistent booting process by the operating system using Legacy Boot (MBR), and ESET Endpoint Encryption server using UEFI can cause the Safe Start process to fail. Boot Mode is listed in the Workstation Details the ESET Endpoint Encryption.
See the related 0xC00B003D error.
This copy of windows is not installed on the Primary Boot drive
The System Partition and Boot Partition are located on separate disks. Your workstation may contain more than one disk where the operating system was re-installed separately or the disk has not been cleaned before re-installation, resulting in Windows installing the two components on separate disks.
