Issue

ESET Endpoint Encryption Client and ESET Endpoint Encryption Server are separate applications from ESET Full Disk Encryption

The article below applies only to the ESET Endpoint Encryption Client or ESET Endpoint Encryption Server and not ESET Full Disk Encryption.

  • You receive the error "The license has an invalid 'available' value and cannot be used with the EEE Server. Contact Support for assistance with this license. (0xC01300FB)." when resyncing your client license

Details

Users will receive the license error when there are no more open licenses in the EEE Server.

Solution

You must perform one of the actions below:
  • Purchase additional licenses to increase the total amount of licenses in EEE.
  • Migrate users to existing licenses of the same type that currently have free space for new users.
  • Delete unused licensed users to free up additional space. The users will be listed in blue within the EEE Server.
