Issue
- You receive the error message “Incompatible Software : PGP” even though PGP was removed
- Users with ESET Endpoint Encryption (EEE), Full Disk Encryption (FDE) and a current or previously installed PGP encryption may receive one of the errors below:

Solution
ESET Endpoint Encryption checks for the PGPwded driver. The PGP encryption must be fully uninstalled to resolve the error.
- Follow the steps on the PGP site for complete uninstallation steps.
- When the PGP is fully uninstalled, managed users must refresh the workstation record before starting encryption again.
