[KB7590] "Error: Failed to delete: The user cannot be deleted (0xC01305ED)" in ESET Endpoint Encryption

Issue

ESET Endpoint Encryption (EEE) Client and EEE Server are separate products from ESET Full Disk Encryption (EFDE)

The article below applies only to the EEE Client or EEE Server and not EFDE.

  • You receive the following error in ESET Endpoint Encryption "Error: Failed to delete: The user cannot be deleted (0xC01305ED)" 

 

Solution

  1. Log in to ESET Endpoint Encryption (EEE) Server and click your organization name.

  2. Click the Licenses tab, select the applicable license, and click Details.

  3. Click Resync in the Licence Resync window.

  4. Select Perform a full resync when this window is closed in the Licence Resync window, then click Close.
