[KB2213] Transfer ESET home or small office application to a new computer or mobile device

Issue

  • Transfer or move your ESET application to a new device

Solution

  1. Uninstall the ESET application from your old device.

    Your old device is not working or is not present

    If you cannot uninstall the ESET application from your old device, remove the device from your subscription in ESET HOME. This will deactivate the application, and you will be able to use your subscription on your new device.

  2. Uninstall any non-ESET antivirus software on your new device.

  3. Install your ESET application on your new device.
