Software de leitura de tela suportado

Os seguintes softwares de leitura de tela são suportados pelos aplicativos da ESET: NVDA, JAWS e Narrator. Outros softwares de leitura de tela podem funcionar, mas não são oficialmente suportados.

Ativar melhorias de acessibilidade durante a instalação

Ative as melhorias de acessibilidade durante a instalação para permitir que o software de leitura de tela acesse o aplicativo ESET.

  1. Faça o download e instale os aplicativos da ESET para Windows.

  2. Durante a instalação, na tela Configurações de proteção e instalação, marque a caixa de seleção ao lado de Ativar melhorias de acessibilidade, incluindo suporte ao leitor de tela e foco de notificação e clique em Continuar. Como alternativa, clique em Permitir tudo e continuar para selecionar automaticamente essa opção.

  3. Continue o processo para concluir a instalação.

Importar um arquivo de configuração para o aplicativo ESET

Se já tiver um aplicativo ESET instalado, é possível importar um arquivo de configuração que contém uma regra para o Host Intrusion Prevention System para permitir que o software de leitura de tela acesse o aplicativo ESET.

  1. Faça o download do arquivo de configuração e extraia o arquivo .zip.

  2. Importar definições de configuração da ESET usando o arquivo screen_readers_config.xml extraído.

Criar uma nova regra do Host Intrusion Prevention System

Se já tiver um aplicativo da ESET instalado, é possível criar uma nova regra do Sistema de prevenção contra intrusões de host para permitir que o software de leitura de tela acesse o aplicativo da ESET.

  1. Abra a janela principal do programa de seu aplicativo ESET para Windows.

  2. Pressione a tecla F5 para abrir a Configuração avançada.

  3. Clique em Proteções → HIPS e clique em Editar ao lado de Regras.

  4. Clique em Add (Adicionar).

  5. No campo Nome da regra, digite Permitir que os leitores de tela acessem o Egui e ative o botão de alternância ao lado de Aplicativos. Clique em Next (Avançar).

  6. Selecione Specific applications (Aplicativos específicos ) no menu suspenso e clique em Add (Adicionar).

  7. Clique no ícone de navegação (três pontos). Procure e selecione o aplicativo leitor de tela instalado no seu dispositivo. Clique em OK.

  8. Clique em Avançar.

  9. Ative o botão de alternância ao lado de Todas as operações de aplicativos e clique em Avançar.

  10. Clique em Add (Adicionar).

  11. Digite %InstallDir%egui.exe no campo de texto e clique em OK → Finish.

  12. Clique em OK → OK.
