Understøttet software til skærmlæsning

Følgende skærmlæsningssoftware understøttes af ESET-applikationer: NVDA, JAWS og Narrator. Anden skærmlæsningssoftware kan fungere, men den er ikke officielt understøttet.

Aktivér forbedringer af tilgængeligheden under installationen

Aktivér tilgængelighedsforbedringer under installationen for at gøre det muligt for skærmlæsningssoftware at få adgang til ESET-applikationen.

  1. Download og installer ESET-applikationer til Windows.

  2. Under installationen skal du på skærmen Beskyttelses- og installationsindstillinger markere afkrydsningsfeltet ud for Aktiver tilgængelighedsforbedringer, herunder understøttelse af skærmlæsere og meddelelsesfokus, og klikke på Fortsæt. Alternativt kan du klikke på Tillad alle og fortsæt for automatisk at vælge denne mulighed.

  3. Fortsæt processen for at fuldføre installationen.

Importer en konfigurationsfil til ESET-applikationen

Hvis du allerede har installeret en ESET-applikation, kan du importere en konfigurationsfil, der indeholder en regel for Host Intrusion Prevention System, som gør det muligt for skærmlæsningssoftware at få adgang til ESET-applikationen.

  1. Download konfigurationsfilen, og udpak .zip-arkivet.

  2. Importer ESET-konfigurationsindstillinger ved hjælp af den udpakkede screen_readers_config.xml-fil.

Opret en ny Host Intrusion Prevention System-regel

Hvis du allerede har installeret en ESET-applikation, kan du oprette en ny Host Intrusion Prevention System-regel for at gøre det muligt for skærmlæsningssoftware at få adgang til ESET-applikationen.

  1. Åbn hovedprogramvinduet i din ESET-applikation til Windows.

  2. Tryk på F5-tasten for at åbne Avanceret opsætning.

  3. Klik på Beskyttelse → HIPS, og klik på Rediger ved siden af Regler.

  4. Klik på Tilføj.

  5. Skriv Tillad skærmlæsere at få adgang til Egui i feltet Regelnavn , og aktiver vippeknappen ud for Programmer. Klik på Næste.

  6. Vælg Specifikke applikationer i rullemenuen, og klik på Tilføj.

  7. Klik på browse-ikonet (tre prikker). Søg efter og vælg det skærmlæserprogram, der er installeret på din enhed. Klik på OK.

  8. Klik på Næste.

  9. Aktivér vippepunktet ud for Alle programfunktioner , og klik på Næste.

  10. Klik på Tilføj.

  11. Skriv %InstallDir%egui.exe i tekstfeltet, og klik på OK → Udfør.

  12. Klik på OK → OK.
