ESET Windows home products provide the option to establish a user-defined password to access program settings. If your system is part of a company network, please contact your network administrator for assistance.
Version 11.2 - 12.2 Users: If you do not know your email address, click I don't know my email address to submit a support request form to Technical Support.
Click Restore password via your my.eset.com account. If you do not see this option, your license is not managed by License Manager.
Click OK. Your password has been unlocked successfully.
