[KB3720] Incorrect data error when registering a new ESET Anti-Theft account


  • You receive the error "Incorrect data—please check your internet connectivity and try again. (20103004)"when attempting to register a new ESETAnti-Theft account on your mobile device


This error is triggered when the user enters an extra space after the email address (typically this space is added when using autocomplete) while registering a new ESETAnti-Theft account.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Verify that you can access the Internet by opening a web browser on your mobile device and navigating to a website (such as google.com or eset.com).
  2. Attempt to set up ESET Anti-Theft again and be sure not to include an extra space when entering your email address.
