[KB523] Choose which version of my ESET home product to download – 32-bit, 64-bit or ARM (15.x–16.x)
Issue
- You receive the “This installation package is not supported by this processor type” error message
- ESET Technical Support has directed you to this article to learn whether your system is 32-bit, 64-bit or ARM

If you do not have your License Key or Username and Password, visit our Lost license page to retrieve them. Your active (non-expired) ESET license includes both the 32-bit, 64-bit and ARM versions of your ESET product.
Solution
Windows 10 and later

Press the Windows
key + Q key, type Control Panel into the search bar and select Control Panel. Click System. -
Your system type is displayed in the System section.

Click the appropriate link for your system in the table below.

key + C, click Settings and then click PC info. -
Look for the System type section of the properties window.
