If you do not have your License Key or Username and Password, visit our lost license page to retrieve them. Your active (non-expired) ESET license includes both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of your ESET product.

Windows 10 May 2020 Update

The Windows 10 May 2020 update may affect the compatibility of your ESET product on Windows 10 operating systems.

  • Home users: If your ESET product is version 10.1, 11, 12, or 13 you do not need to make any changes. Visit our Knowledgebase article for more information about the update.
  • Business users: The ESET product versions listed here are all compatible with the update.

  1. Press the Windows key  + on your keyboard, type Control Panel into the search bar and select Control Panel. Click System and Security → System.

  2. Your system type is displayed in the System section.

  3. Click the appropriate link for your system in the table below.
