Solution
Disable and re-enable Safe Banking & Browsing

Restart your device.

Relaunch the Safe Banking & Browsing protected browser window. To avoid website redirection, use the Secure all browsers feature.

If the issue is still not resolved, manually uninstall your ESET Windows home or small office application and install it again.
Enable the Secure all browsers feature

Open the main program window of your ESET Windows home or small office application.

Click Setup → Security Tools.

Click the gear icon next to Safe Banking & Browsing and select Enable Secure all browsers.
