ESET allows selected users to try a higher-tier application for the last few months (max. 90 days) of their current subscription term at no additional cost. If you are selected for this campaign, you will receive an in-application notification inviting you to:

  • Activate a free upgrade
  • Enjoy better protection for free
  • Renew your subscription with the higher-tier application or return to the previous one*

*Auto-renewal subscriptions will automatically renew with the upgraded application unless you manually downgrade the application before the next billing date (which is commonly 10 days before the subscription expiration date). Therefore, it is required for auto-renewal subscription owners who want to cancel this upgrade to do so at least 11 days before the subscription expiration date.
