The ESET PROTECT Web Console is the online interface enabling you to manage your network virtually anywhere.

For more information, see ESET PROTECT or ESET PROTECT On-Prem Online Help.

Solution

Open the Web Console (ESET PROTECT)

  1. Open a compatible web browser.

  2. Log in to ESET PROTECT Hub, ESET Business Account or ESET MSP Administrator.

ESET Business Account and ESET MSP Administrator transition to ESET PROTECT Hub

ESET Business Account and ESET MSP Administrator have reached End of Life.

No new accounts are created in ESET Business Account or ESET MSP Administrator; ESET PROTECT Hub accounts are used instead.

If you already have an account in ESET Business Account or ESET MSP Administrator, you can continue using it. Existing accounts are being gradually transitioned to ESET PROTECT Hub, and affected users are informed during the process.

  3. Click ESET PROTECT.

  4. You are now logged in to ESET PROTECT.

If you experience login issues or encounter error messages, see ESET PROTECT Web Console Troubleshooting.

For more information about managing client computers in the ESET PROTECT Web Console, see the ESET PROTECT User Guide.
