4. Is ESET Endpoint Security/ESET Endpoint Antivirus supported on devices with ARM64?
   Yes, but some features are currently not supported on devices with ARM64.

5. Can I migrate from an ESET home or small office solution to an ESET business solution?
   To migrate from ESET home or small office applications (ESET Small Business Security, ESET Safe Server, ESET Smart Security Premium, ESET Security Ultimate, ESET Internet Security, or ESET NOD32 Antivirus) to ESET Endpoint Security/ESET Endpoint Antivirus, you must purchase an ESET subscription for business applications. 6. How can I upgrade ESET Endpoint Antivirus to ESET Endpoint Security?
   If the ESET business solution you purchased includes ESET Endpoint Security, you can install ESET Endpoint Security over an already installed ESET Endpoint Antivirus.

7. Do I have to pay to upgrade to the latest version of ESET Endpoint Security/ESET Endpoint Antivirus?
   No, if you have an active ESET subscription for business applications, upgrading to the latest version of ESET Endpoint Security/ESET Endpoint Antivirus is free.

8. Should I upgrade to the latest version of ESET Endpoint Security/ESET Endpoint Antivirus?
   We recommend always using the latest version of ESET applications. By default, ESET Endpoint Security/ESET Endpoint Antivirus has auto-updates enabled to ensure it is always up to date.

9. Can I continue using earlier versions of ESET Endpoint Security/ESET Endpoint Antivirus?
   Yes, you can use supported earlier versions of ESET Endpoint Security/ESET Endpoint Antivirus if your environment is not suitable for the latest versions. We recommend always installing the latest version that is supported in your environment.
