New expiration date

Allow 24-48 hours after entering your Activation key for your updated expiration date to display.

View the expiration date in your ESET product

  1. Open the main program window of your ESET Windows product.

  2. Click Help and support. The Validity field displays the status of your auto-renewal subscription or the date your subscription expires.

You can view the expiration date of your ESET subscription in your ESET eStore account, where you can enlarge, renew, or upgrade your subscription.

  1. Log in to the ESET eStore using your Activation Key or Public ID.

  2. If you logged in to ESET eStore using your Public ID, you will need to verify your account.

  3. View the Expiration Date in the Subscription details section.

  4. You can also enlarge, renew, and upgrade your ESET subscription, or you can update credit card and contact information for your ESET subscription.
