[KB2900] Temporarily disable the startup scan in ESET Windows home products

Issue

Solution

Disabling the ESET startup scan exposes your computer to risk

The following procedure is only a temporary fix to allow the resolution of a third-party app conflict. You can check for other applications scheduled to run at startup and either deselect their startup features or uninstall the conflicting software from your computer. ESET is unable to provide support for third-party applications.

macOS users: Create a scheduled scan or On-demand scan in ESET Cyber Security.
