[KB6472] Create a support request directly from ESET Mobile Security for Android (7.x–8.x)

Your device needs to have an internet connection to send a support request.

Send a support request directly from your ESET Mobile Security application

  1. Open ESET Mobile Security for Android.

  2. Tap the menu icon Action Overflow in the top left corner and tap Customer care.

  2. Type your name and email address in the appropriate fields. Select the appropriate Case type and Issue type in the Issue section and type the description of your issue. Select the check box next to Submit application log and tap Submit.

  1. After your support request is sent, you will receive a confirmation message in the ESET Mobile Security application. You will also receive a confirmation email with a ticket number and a link to your Technical Support case.

Access your Public License ID so Technical Support agents can access your License Key information

  1. Open ESET Mobile Security for Android.

  2. Tap the menu icon Action Overflow in the top left corner and tap License.

The steps below might differ based on your Android version and device manufacturer.

  1. Open Settings in the Android menu.

  2. Tap Apps.

  7. Type your name and email address in the appropriate fields. Select the appropriate Case type and Issue type in the Issue section and type in the description of your issue. Tap Submit.
