ESET home and small office applications allow you to define how messages from specific email addresses are classified. When you mark an email address as allowed, messages from that address are always treated as safe and are not blocked as spam.
This is managed through the user’s address list.
Solution
-
Open the main program window of your ESET Windows or small office application.
-
Click Setup → Internet protection.

-
Click the gear icon next to Email client antispam and select User's address list.

-
To add an email address to the user's list, click Add. Alternatively, select an email address and click Edit or Remove to perform the action you want.

-
In the Email address field, type the email address you want to mark as allowed. In the Name field, type the company or person associated with the email address and select the Allow radio button. Click OK → OK.
