I. Become familiar with spam
To combat spam, you must first become familiar with what email spam, hoaxes and phishing are and how to recognize these dangers in the wild.
After reviewing the information above, proceed to Step 2.
II. Install an ESET solution with Antispam
The ESET applications listed below offer protection against spam and malware.

Download, install and activate the appropriate ESET application:

- Configure Approved (whitelist), Blocked (blacklist), and Ignored (exceptions) lists in ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange
