[KB6473] Create a support request directly from ESET Parental Control for Android (4.x – 5.x)

To send a support request your device needs to have an internet connection.

Send a support request directly from the ESET Parental Control application

  1. Open ESET Parental Control for Android.
  1. Tap the settings (gear) icon and tap Parental settings.

  1. Type your ESET HOME account password and tap Enter.

  1. Tap the menu icon and tap Customer care.

  1. Tap Report an issue.

  1. Type your name and email address in the appropriate fields. In the Issue section, select the appropriate Case type and Issue type and then type in the description of your issue. Select the check box next to Submit application log and tap Submit.

  1. You will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number and a link to your Technical Support case.

  1. Open Settings in the Android menu.

  2. Tap Apps.
