Solution
Create a firewall exception
Creating a firewall exception that allows your application or device to connect to your network automatically.

Open the main program window of your ESET endpoint application.

Click Setup → Network.

Click Resolve blocked communication.

Locate the application or device you want to create a firewall exception for and click Unblock. If your application or device is not on the list, check the temporary IP address blacklist.

Click Done.

Add a firewall exception for a temporarily blocked IP address

Open the main program window of your ESET endpoint application.

Click Setup → Network.

Click Resolve temporarily blocked IP addresses.

Select the applicable blocked IP address and click Add exception.

The IP address can now connect to your network.
