  1. Open the main program window of your Windows ESET product.

  2. Click Setup → Network protection.

  3. Click Troubleshooting wizard.

  4. Locate your application or device in the list and click Unblock.

  5. Click Done. Alternatively, you can click Unblock another and repeat the steps above to unblock another communication.
