Issue

ESET Endpoint Encryption (EEE) Client and EEE Server are separate products from ESET Full Disk Encryption (EFDE)

The article below applies only to the EEE Client or EEE Server and not EFDE.

Solution

Key-File password

The Key-File password is entered on the following login screen:

To recover the Key-File password, visit the appropriate article:



Full Disk Encryption password

The Full Disk Encryption passwords are entered into the following Start System menu option:

ESET Endpoint Encryption Server password

The ESET Endpoint Encryption (EEE) Server password is entered into the following Management console screen:

If you are unable to login to the EEE Server and you are using a normal login account, visit: My ESET Endpoint Encryption Server login is locked out, how can I regain access?

If you have been locked out the system admin account for the EEE Server, visit: I have forgotten the password or locked out the ESET Endpoint Encryption Server system admin login
