[KB2803] Remove a Parental Control account in ESET Smart Security Premium, ESET Smart Security and ESET Internet Security (14.x – 15.x)


Users with administrative privileges can remove a Parental Control user account at any time. Removing a Parental Control account also removes all web content filtering settings, as well as any web pages you have blocked or allowed access to for that account.


  1. Open the main program window of your ESET Windows product.

  2. Press the F5 key to access Advanced setup.
  1. Click Web and Email → Parental control. Next to User accounts, click Edit.

  1. Select the user account you want to remove.

  1. Click the user account or the empty space below. Click Delete OK.
