Existing ESET Inspect users

If you have already set up ESET Inspect, proceed to step 5 to add recommended exclusions.

 

System requirements and installation prerequisites

Users without an ESET PROTECT Hub (EPH), ESET Business Account (EBA) or ESET PROTECT account

New ESET Inspect users that do not have an EPH or EBA, click here for full instructions to set up and deploy EPH or EBA and ESET PROTECT. 

Import an eligible ESET Inspect license into EPH or EBA 

Eligible licenses

Users will need an eligible bundle license that includes ESET Inspect.

  • Business users – We recommend using ESET PROTECT Hub (EPH) or ESET Business Account (EBA).
  • Managed Service Providers (MSP) – We recommend using ESET PROTECT Hub (EPH) or ESET MSP Administrator 2 (EMA 2).

Activate ESET Inspect using EPH, EBA or EMA 2

Deploy the ESET Inspect Connector to client computers

Add exclusions to ESET Inspect on client computers

The exclusions below are recommended. You may also add other exclusions.

ESET Security Services for ESET Inspect On-Prem and ESET Inspect

ESET offers various security service packages and additional support for these products. Support for ESET Inspect On-Prem and ESET Inspect is limited and managing rules or exclusions are not included without an ESET Security Service package. Contact a sales representative for further assistance.
