- Remove the files from quarantine and delete them completely

The quarantine contains backup files that have been detected, cleaned, or removed by your ESET application. You can permanently delete these files from your device.
Solution
-
Open the main program window of your ESET Windows application.

Click Tools → Quarantine.

Right-click the file you want to delete and click Delete from Quarantine.

Click Yes to confirm the action.
