What is ESET PROTECT Hub
The central gateway to ESET's unified security platform, providing a single-pane-of-glass experience with centralized identity, subscription, and user management.
ESET PROTECT Hub is the replacement of the current portals – ESET Business Account and ESET MSP Administrator. It brings all the features that channel partners, MSPs and business users already know and puts them into one single place. The portal was designed in a way that every type of user has access to features that are relevant to them, but at the same time, it opens possibilities for various interactions between sellers and customers.

- July 31, 2024: Launch of ESET PROTECT Hub for new business customers
On July 31, 2024, we released the ESET PROTECT Hub, with new benefits including the all-new cloud multi-factor authentication (MFA) solution, ESET Secure Authentication, for new customers. This means that any new customers who attempt to register in ESET Business Account will be redirected to ESET PROTECT Hub. - Q4 2024 – 2025: Transition phases of existing business customers, channel partners and MSPs to ESET PROTECT Hub
Starting in November 2024, we will migrate existing customers, resellers and MSPs to ESET PROTECT Hub in several phases, enabling them to fully enjoy its benefits. All resellers will be informed in a timely manner before the transition in their country will start. The transition will happen automatically and at no extra cost. When it is complete, users will receive another email inviting them to log in to ESET PROTECT Hub with their ESET Business Account credentials.
