Export your existing settings configuration and save it to an external location such as a USB flash drive or portable hard drive.

Uninstall your ESET home and small office product for Windows.

Wait for your computer to restart and then upgrade your operating system to Windows 10 with the media creation tool.

Download and install the lastest version of ESET home and small office products for Windows.

After you have installed and activated your ESET security product, import the configuration file that you saved in step 1 to restore your product settings.
