- You need to disable the ESET Firewall for troubleshooting purposes
Solution
ESET PROTECT On-Prem users: Use ESET PROTECT On-Pem to disable endpoint firewall

Open the main program window of your ESET Windows endpoint product.

Press the F5 key to access Advanced setup.

Click Protections → Network access protection, click the toggle next to Enable Firewall to disable it and click OK.

When you have finished troubleshooting or testing, repeat steps 1–3 to re-enable the Firewall and click OK.
