ESET ofrece una serie de plugins de monitorización y gestión remota (RMM) para su uso por parte de proveedores de servicios gestionados (MSP).
Solución
Los partners de ESET pueden distribuir proactivamente licencias de productos para una variedad de soluciones ESET a grandes grupos de clientes a través del ESET PROTECT Hub o del programa ESET Managed Service Provider (MSP). Una vez que un partner se ha establecido como MSP de ESET, los usuarios gestionan y supervisan las licencias de los clientes en el portal ESET PROTECT Hub o ESET MSP Administrator (EMA) versión 2.
Integración del plugin DEM RMM o activación de eRMM
ESET ofrece plugins que le ayudan a realizar tareas de MSP:
- Plugin ESET DEM para ConnectWise Automate
- Complemento ESET DEM para Datto RMM
- ESET DEM para N-ableN-central (anteriormente SolarWinds N-central)
- ESET DEM para N-ableN-sight RMM (antes SolarWinds RMM o N-able RMM)
- Complemento ESET DEM para NinjaOne (anteriormente SolarWinds NinjaOne)
- Complemento DEM de ESET para Kaseya VSA
Si su herramienta no se encuentra en la lista anterior, active manualmente la función eRMM en su producto ESET Endpoint Security y luego vincule su herramienta.
