Units not managed via ESET PROTECT

This manual applies exclusively to Channel Partners who do not manage any units through ESET PROTECT.  

Before making any changes, it is important to evaluate your current ESET PROTECT Hub setup:

  • Customer Security Management: Do you manage your customers’ security? Would you like to manage your customers' security in the future?
  • License Management: Have you inserted customer licenses into your ESET Business Account (EBA) account?
  • MSP Program Participation: Are you willing and able to join the MSP (Managed Service Provider) program?
