Issue
- Your workstation's operating system has been reset and you need to restore your Key-File
- You bought a new machine but still need to access encrypted documents
- Your Key-File has been overwritten denying you access to your encrypted documents
Details
You will need to have a Key-File Backup.
Solution
- Right-click the EEE icon and select Logout.
- Right-click the EEE icon and select Key-File Utility.
- Confirm the Restore a Key-File from a backup location option is selected, and click Restore.
- Select the location of your Key-File and click OK.
- Click Yes → OK. You will now be able to access your encrypted documents.
