[KB7125] Full Disk Encryption error on systems with RAID controllers in ESET Endpoint Encryption

Issue

ESET Endpoint Encryption (EEE) Client and EEE Server are separate products from ESET Full Disk Encryption (EFDE)

The article below applies only to the EEE Client or EEE Server and not EFDE. Visit What's new in ESET Full Disk Encryption to view EFDE content.

  • DESlock+ client v4.6.4 or earlier provides limited compatibility with RAID controllers when using Full Disk Encryption.

This issue has been improved in versions 4.7.x and later.

Solution
